Which SaaS vendors offer EU data residency?
A cited, date-stamped GDPR verdict for 25 major SaaS vendors — does it keep EU data in the EEA, who are its sub-processors, and which transfer mechanism (SCCs or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework) does it lean on? Broken out by plan tier, because EU residency almost always is.

Monitor your whole vendor list for DPA & residency changes
The free lookup answers one vendor at a time. Teams running EU vendor intake track dozens and need to know the moment a sub-processor, residency region or DPA term changes. Leave your work email and we'll set up monitoring + a cited export for your list.
Why this is hard to look up
Trust-center platforms host whatever a vendor uploads; a vendor's own help page tells you it's “GDPR compliant” without telling you that EU residency is enterprise-only, that the DPA excludes the Free plan, or that your tickets still route through a US sub-processor under SCCs. DPA Atlas pins each of those to a dated primary source so a procurement or DPO review doesn't take an afternoon per vendor.
Also handling US health data?
EU residency is one half of a vendor review. If the same tool touches US PHI, see BAA Atlas — cited HIPAA Business Associate Agreement (BAA) verdicts: will the vendor sign a BAA, and can you store PHI in it?
