It is a higher-tier/Enterprise capability, and the residency is therefore partial rather than whole-account.

Airtable's DPA incorporates the EU SCCs (2021/914) and the UK IDTA and does not reference the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, so SCCs are the documented transfer mechanism for EU-to-US flows.
